Specialisterne Foundation works with stakeholders around the world to bring about a vision of a world where people are given equal opportunities in the labor market. The foundation owns Specialisterne Denmark and the Specialisterne concept and trademark.

The Specialisterne Foundation drives the planning process of starting up Specialisterne in numerous new locations. Enabled by grants from private foundations and the European Commission, Specialisterne Foundation is currently also working on implementing Specialisterne operations in Poland, England, Germany, Turkey and Singapore. In North America, the focus is on Tennessee, Ohio, Utah, Michigan, Massachusetts, Atlanta and Washington state, as well as Calgary and Vancouver in Canada.
